I brought my grandson there a couple of weekends ago and he loves it. There is a very nice young lady that works there on the weekends, she is very helpful. We were not the only customers in their as it was Saturday afternoon and she took the time to explain the process for the play cards and gave recommendations, she also checked back in with us and all the other people playing there. She was very nice to my grandson as he is a little talker! I plan to bring my grandson there a couple Saturdays a month. Overall - the customer service and welcoming staff on the weekends are very pleasant!
