At Elite Home Gamerooms, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item in our showrooms. Because our pinball machines, arcade games, pool tables and game tables are specialized pieces of equipment, we ask that you review our policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Due to the technical nature and size of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We only accept returns in the event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the specific model you ordered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives with issues, you must notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect.
  • A detailed description of the problem.

Please note: Failure to report issues within this 48-hour window may void your eligibility for a return or refund.

Return Authorization

Every return requires prior written approval from Elite Home Gamerooms. Unauthorized shipments will be refused. Once your request is approved, our specialists will provide specific return instructions.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after our technicians inspect and verify the returned unit. Depending on the reason for the return, refunds may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees.
  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Transaction fees.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Used or installed machines (including floor models).
  • Custom or special-order products (such as custom cloth colors for pool tables).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Shipping & Cancellations

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a verified factory defect or documented transit damage.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped. Once a machine or table is in transit, the order is final.
