Where are you located?
We currently have 8 showrooms in the Florida Gulf Coast area and in South Florida including Lutz, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Ellenton, Sarasota, Estero, Naples and Miami
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment on purchases: any major credit card, cash in person, Paypal, COD or direct wire transfer. We do not accept any other forms of payment such as bitcoin.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer many flexible financing options. You can apply for financing by clicking HERE
Do you collect sales tax?
We only collect sales tax in the state of Florida. Sales tax is calculated in our shopping cart and checkout pages.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We are very proud of our industry leading warranty which we provide on almost all items we sell. The terms of our warranty will vary based on the location the item is being shipped to and the application in which the item is being used. Do you buy pinball machines and arcade games?
We do buy select pinball machines and arcade games although we must do our own appraisal of the machine in order to determine the value. Please email us info@elitehomegamerooms.com to learn more.
Do you offer technical support?
When you purchase a pinball machines or arcade game from us, you receive lifetime phone support from our expert technical team, available to customers nationwide.
Once you reach out, we immediately create a dedicated case and assign it to a specialized technician who will respond promptly to assess your needs. We are typically able to diagnose issues virtually and provide clear, recommended next steps. In many instances, the solution is a straightforward fix that you can easily perform yourself once any necessary replacement parts arrive.
This remote support ensures your equipment stays in peak condition with minimal downtime, no matter where you are located.
Do you rent machines for parties or events?
Yes we do! We offer a wide variety of rental and lease contracts for a huge variety of games. To learn more about our rental options click HERE
How long will it take for my game to arrive?
This depends on which item has been purchased. If you are purchasing a refurbished item we require 7 to 10 days of handling time to do a full inspection to ensure the item doesn’t need any additional maintenance before going out. If you are purchasing a new item general handling time will be 1 to 3 business days. Once the item is in transit if generally takes about 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on what part of the country it is being delivered to. Tracking information is always sent to the customer once the item is shipped.
Do you sell and ship items outside of the US?
We do sell machines outside of the continental US but not online. If you are interested in purchasing a machine outside of the continental US please call us at (941) 281-2987 so we can provide you with a proper shipping quote.
Do you offer service and repair?
We have expert technicians located in the Florida Gulf Coast area and beyond that can service any and all machines including pinball machines, arcade games, jukeboxes, slot machines, and much more! Please email us at info@elitehomegamerooms.com with a brief description of the item and issue and one of our technicians will get back with you promptly.Â
Do you accept pre-orders for machines?
Yes, we do. Due to high demand, certain “new in box” pinball machines and arcade games may have extended wait times.
To secure your unit, we typically require a refundable deposit of $500 or $1,000. Once the game is officially in stock and prepared for shipment, this deposit transitions to non-refundable status.
