I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Gabe at the Fort Myers store. We'd been trying to contact service for weeks on our pinball machine, so I decided to stop at the store to see if we could get some guidance. Gabe was not only extremely kind, but helped us above and beyond! He gave us the parts we needed, in addition to extras just in case, and took the time to explain in detail how to replace the part. He answered MANY questions we had in depth and gave a layman's tour of our machine. Thanks to him and his time I feel much more knowledgeable and confident about our machine! He then gave us his business card for future service needs and much quicker service. We LOVE our new pinball machine and am so grateful we've met Gabe for all our future needs and purchases!!!!
